And in this regard, the second step is to learn how to choose what to do. That is, to learn how to manage yourself, so that you have discipline, we need only two steps. The first is to teach yourself to see, to see the very moment of choice when you are faced with the task of either working or merging, that is, in any case, we will choose something. The second is to teach yourself to make the right choice.

The cycle can lead individuals to immerse themselves in a fantasy world where they imagine becoming the best version of themselves, akin to the pitfalls found in video games. To escape this trap, the initial step is raising awareness, as exemplified by reading these lines.

The subsequent crucial step involves translating internet-acquired knowledge into real-life actions, transforming what was once a trap into a constructive tool for progress. In a world abundant with opportunities, there's no reason why individuals can't shape the lives they desire. Reclaiming control over one's life and actively implementing learned principles will undoubtedly lead to tangible improvements.
